Receptor 1 fibroblastnog faktora rasta (FGFR1), znan i kao receptor 1 osnovnog fibroblastnog faktora rasta, fms-srodna tirozin-kinaza-2/Pfeifferov sindrom i CD331, receptor tirozin-kinaze čiji su ligandi specifični članovi porodice faktora rasta fibroblasta. Pokazalo se da je FGFR1 povezan sa Pfeifferovim sindromom.[5]
